There are currently 92 active listings (Up by 5 homes from August)

29 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Decreased by 9 homes from last month).

12 Homes Sold in September (Increased by 8 homes from August)

The residential real estate market for the 34994 ZIP code area of the Stuart, Florida rebounded from a pretty weak August with much better activity for September.

The one-month absorption rate for the 34994 zip code for September plunged to 7.7 months from 21.8 months for August.  Moving towards a more balanced market for the 34994 zip code area of Stuart, FL.  I anticipate that this is just a temporary one-month situation.   A 6 to 7-month absorption rate is considered a balanced market where neither the seller nor buyer have an advantage.
