There are also no condos currently under contract.

 The Jensen Beach FL 34957 Condo Market Report for April had a very nice increase in closed sales.  Unfortunately pending sales were down indicating a possibility for a reduced volume of closed sales for the coming months.  Inventory rose from last month which is a good sign and unlike most of the rest of Martin County areas.
