The Sea Winds Condos of Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island is a one-of-a-kind 12-story building with 8 condos per floor for a total of 96, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom residences that were originally built in 1983. There are two end units for each side of the building with larger square footage and wrap-around balconies with some magnificent views. These units have a spacious 1,414 or 1,397 sq. feet of living area enclosed plus the additional balcony space. The remaining four interior condos per floor feature 1,197 sq. ft. of living areas plus a balcony.
The residents of Sea Winds enjoy private beach access, a heated pool, and a clubhouse with a large common area and kitchen, as well as a tennis court, vehicle wash area, BBQ area, and additional storage. Residents are allowed two pets not exceeding 15 lbs. each. Rentals are also permitted with a minimum 3-month duration.
The condo association fees were $1,190 per quarter as of May 2019, making Sea Winds one of the most affordable on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach. Sea Winds units don’t come on the market often as this is a highly desirable building.
