Spinnaker Point on Hutchinson Island is easy to miss when driving by on Highway A-1-A in Stuart FL.  But, it is one of the gems for those who want both river and ocean access.  This gated community has 12 homes west of the road and 2 lots that have yet to be built upon on the ocean side.

Four of these homes enjoy being on the Intracoastal Waterway (also known as the Indian River) and have deeded docks with ocean access (no fixed low bridges) through the Saint Lucie Inlet just a little under 5 miles south.
