Tradewinds townhomes for sale:

Located west of A-1-A  (Ocean Drive) on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach (Saint Lucie County) and just approximately 3 miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway is this unique townhome community by the name of Tradewinds.

There are a total of 14 townhomes in Tradewinds.  Two large Spanish Med-style units on the north end were completed in 2009 while the other 10 are in a Key West style and were completed between 2012 and 2014.

The older units are quite large with over 3,500 sq. ft. of living space on two and three levels and numerous bedrooms and bathrooms and garages.  The newer units are all 3 bedroom, 2 and ½ bathroom homes with approximately 2,300 sq. ft. of living area with reserved parking.  There is one end unit that has a detached garage.

Recently sold Tradewinds townhomes:

All ages are welcome and up to two large pets are OK.  Rentals are also permitted with some restrictions.

These townhomes are deeded as condos. The monthly fees include maintenance and insurance for all structures and common areas.  There is a community pool as well as a community pier with deeded docks on the Indian River (Intracoastal Waterway).  Residents of these townhomes have the ability to go fishing on the Intracoastal from their boat or right from the dock, or simply just walk across the street to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Riverwood Condos Real Estate Market Report January 2026

There are two condos currently for sale in the Riverwood Condos of Indian River Plantation. They are listed at $624,900 and $739,000. These homes have been on the market an average of 76 days at the time of this publication. The average price per square foot of living space is $423.55.

There are no Riverwood condos currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, three Riverwood condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $440,000 up to $625,000.  This is an average sales price of $530,000 which equals $338.43 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos were on the market for an average of 96 days before going under contract. And, they sold for an average of 96% of the list price.

There are 60 spacious condos with a mix of three bedroom- three bath, 2 bedroom-2 bath, and 1 bedroom-1 bath units.  Sizes range from a very spacious 2,065 sq. ft. down to 911 sq. ft. for the 1-bedroom condos.

Riverwood residents enjoy their own community pool and tennis court for Riverwood resident’s exclusive use.  There is ample parking with one assigned space per condo and guest spaces as well as some detached garages for some units.  This is a pet-friendly community with up to two large pets allowed.  Rentals are also permitted with a one-month minimum.

Desirable resort amenities include three heated pools with sundecks, game rentals from the Activities Hut, and two outdoor spas.   Additionally, there are also supervised activities for both children and teens.

For December 2025, six Sea Winds condos are available for sale in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island.  The list prices range from $418,800 up to $639,900. This is an average list price of $491,267 or $386.10 per sq. ft. of living area.

One Sea Winds condo is under contract at this time. It is listed at $615,000 or $434.94 per sq. ft. of living space. This unit was on the market 9 days before going under contract.

In the past year, eight Sea Winds condos have sold.  The sales prices ranged from $350,000 up to $650,000. This is an average sales price of $436,000 which works out to $346.47 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 158 days on the market before going under contract. And, they averaged sales prices of 93% of the last listed price.

The residents of Sea Winds enjoy private beach access, a heated pool, and a clubhouse with a large common area and kitchen, as well as a tennis court, vehicle wash area, BBQ area, and additional storage.  Residents are allowed two pets not exceeding 15 lbs. each.   Rentals are also permitted with a minimum 3-month duration.

The condo association fees were $1,190 per quarter as of May 2019, making Sea Winds one of the most affordable on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach.  Sea Winds units don’t come on the market often as this building is highly desirable.

Residents of Sailfish (Rigels) Cove enjoy being in the ‘A’ rated Martin County School System and are just a few minutes from both downtown Jensen Beach as well as historic downtown Stuart FL. Lots of great shopping and amenities close by as well.

This report includes all Miramar Buildings on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach Miramar, Miramar II, and Miramar Royale.

For December 2025, there are five Miramar condos on the market on Hutchinson Island. The list prices range from $489,900 up to $850,000. This is an average list price of $677,860 which works out to $457.62 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are two Miramar condos currently under contract. The list prices were $455,000 and $514,800, for an average of $484,900, which is $356.64 per sq. ft. of living area. These condo was on the market for an average of 83 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 11 Miramar condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from a low of $400,000 up to $800,000. This works out to an average sales price of $637,237 or $32.90 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold for an average of 95% of the list price. The Maritimes is one of the prime ocean-to-river communities on South Hutchinson Island in Stuart, FL.  Many units offer larger than normal residences in both River and Oceanside settings.  The complex consists of 53 units, all oceanfront or on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway. The units range in size from 1,300 to 2,100 square feet and have 2 or 3 bedrooms. The complex has several amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, and kayak/canoe storage.

The riverside (or Maritimes West has a lovely private sandy beach with kayak storage for those not wishing to play in the surf or for those days when it’s a bit windy on the beachside.  The Oceanside (Maritimes East) has private beach access as well as a heated pool when you’re finished frolicking in the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Maritimes condos were constructed between 1975 and 1988, with the oceanfront units being built first.  Living square footage ranges from just under 1300 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom condos with over 2100 sq. ft. condos and townhouses with 3 Bedrooms plus dens and a garage.

For October 2025, there’s one condo for sale in Suntide on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL. This condo is listed at $359,900, which is $321.63 per sq. ft. of living space.

Seven condos are for sale in the Jensen Beach Club condo community on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL for October 2025.  The list prices range from $299,000 up to $335,000. This is an average list price of $315,829 which equals $289.75 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no Jensen Beach Club condos currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, seven Jensen Beach Club condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from $255,000 up to $380,000.  This equals an average sales price of $311,786 which is $283.65 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos were on the market for an average of 129 days before going under contract. And, they sold for an average of 93% of the list price.

The Jensen Beach Club is a complex consisting of 9 buildings surrounding a lake on Hutchinson Island and lying on a pristine 21 acres. Located directly across the street from the Ocean at the Jensen Beach Public Beach. There are 196 condos which are all 1,090 sq. ft. of living area. They are all 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private balconies or patios. The Jensen Beach Club complex was built between 1986 and 1987 and has a community pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. These are three-story buildings with the most desirable condos being the end units with lake views.

The Jensen Beach Club will allow up to a 25 lb. or smaller pet and rentals are also allowed with some restrictions. The maintenance fee includes the insurance and maintenance for the building exterior as well as the common areas, pest control, management, and water, and sewer charges.

There are two designated parking spots for each unit and ample guest parking as well. Jensen Beach Club residents enjoy the convenience of having ocean access just across the street. And, also being a short drive or bicycle ride to restaurants, shopping, and the wonderful amenities of Jensen Beach and Martin County FL. All at a very affordable price.
