Built from 1981 through 1986, Indian Pines are two-story buildings with mostly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condos, though there are a few 3-bedroom and 1-bedroom units.  The 3 bedroom condos have 1,542 sq. ft. of living area, 2 bedroom units vary from 1,251 to 1,019 sq. ft., while the 1 bedroom condos have 1,011 sq. ft.

There’s a heated pool, clubhouse, two tennis courts, ample parking, and some buildings offering covered carports.

The condo association fees vary as different buildings have different reserve setups and management and cover water and sewer, common areas, building insurance and maintenance, basic cable TV, landscaping and lawn service, trash pickup, and reserve funds.

The Falls is in a wonderful location close to shopping, restaurants as well as professional services, and only a few minutes to the beaches and waterways that Martin County has to offer.  Children living in the falls have the privilege of attending Martin County’s A-rated schools.  Currently, these are the Jensen Beach Elementary school, Stuart Middle school, and the Jensen Beach High school.

Construction in the Falls began in 2006 and all of the 130 lots have now been built, with the latest homes just recently completed in 2016.  As of this writing, there are only two new homes available from the builder, but resale homes have been coming on the market at a fairly steady rate.

For January 2026, There are two active listings in the Rocky Point community in Port Salerno in Stuart FL, including condos and homes.  List prices range from a low of $620,000 up to $665,000.  This is an average list price of $642,500 or $336.85 per square foot of living area.

One Rocky Point home is under contract. List price was $558,000.  This equals $334.33 per square foot of living space.  This property was on the market 54 day before accepting a contract.

In the past 12 months, twelve Rocky Point properties have sold. Rocky Point in Stuart, FL is a wonderful boating-oriented community located just off the Saint Lucie Inlet in beautiful Martin County Florida. Bordering Rocky Point to the north and west is the Manatee Pocket.  Home of the original Stuart Sailfish fleet (Stuart continues to proudly boast that it’s the ‘Sailfish Capital of the World’).  Now home to several Marinas, Charter fleets, the famous Chapman School of Seamanship, and quite a few excellent restaurants serving the freshest seafood from the Ocean straight to the kitchens daily.

One of the highlights of the year for Rocky Point is the Port Salerno Seafood Festival.  Held yearly in the winter, this free festival fills the streets of Historic Port Salerno.  In addition to serving up the area’s freshest and tastiest seafood, live music, community booths, arts & crafts, activities for the kids, pirates and more keep the entire family entertained the whole day. Admission is FREE, though attendees are asked to bring canned goods in exchange for zero admission to benefit from a food drive for local food banks.

For December 2025, six Sea Winds condos are available for sale in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island.  The list prices range from $418,800 up to $639,900. This is an average list price of $491,267 or $386.10 per sq. ft. of living area.

One Sea Winds condo is under contract at this time. It is listed at $615,000 or $434.94 per sq. ft. of living space. This unit was on the market 9 days before going under contract.

In the past year, eight Sea Winds condos have sold.  The sales prices ranged from $350,000 up to $650,000. This is an average sales price of $436,000 which works out to $346.47 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 158 days on the market before going under contract. And, they averaged sales prices of 93% of the last listed price.

This is an average list price of $310,000 which works out to $219.61 per sq. ft. of living area.

I’m sure you’ve heard the term “location, location, location” when it comes to real estate.  Well, the Saint Lucie Club Condos in Stuart FL is one of these places.  This community is close to everything. Conveniently located on quiet Saint Lucie Blvd just north of East Ocean Blvd and west of Snug Harbor.

These condos consist of 3 elevator buildings with 52 total units that were built from 1982 to 1984.  Condo sizes range from 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos with 1,684 sq. ft. Down to 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos with either 1,488 or 1,351 sq. ft. of living area.   I believe a valuable benefit, the Saint Lucie Club has under-building parking for at least one car for each owner. There’s also a community pool and shared tennis courts in the lushly landscaped grounds.

An attractive feature is that rentals are permitted (with some restrictions) and pets (one small) are only permitted in one of the three buildings.

Rocky Point Estates is an HOA community in the eastern middle of Rocky Point.  Homes on Orange St, Nassau Ter., and the north side of Matousek St. had the opportunity to join this HOA when it was developed.  For a very reasonable sum, members have access to a large park with a boat ramp and picnic grounds available for their exclusive use.  In addition, there’s a 29-slip marina suitable for boats up to 30’ in length.  These docks can only be owned (or leased) by members in good standing within the Rocky Point Estates HOA community.  Individuals within Rocky Point Estates have the option to sell or trade docks within the community.

The Maritimes is one of the prime ocean-to-river communities on South Hutchinson Island in Stuart, FL.  Many units offer larger than normal residences in both River and Oceanside settings.  The complex consists of 53 units, all oceanfront or on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway. The units range in size from 1,300 to 2,100 square feet and have 2 or 3 bedrooms. The complex has several amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, and kayak/canoe storage.

The riverside (or Maritimes West has a lovely private sandy beach with kayak storage for those not wishing to play in the surf or for those days when it’s a bit windy on the beachside.  The Oceanside (Maritimes East) has private beach access as well as a heated pool when you’re finished frolicking in the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Maritimes condos were constructed between 1975 and 1988, with the oceanfront units being built first.  Living square footage ranges from just under 1300 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom condos with over 2100 sq. ft. condos and townhouses with 3 Bedrooms plus dens and a garage.
