Sailfish (Rigels) Cove is located on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL. It is also known as Rigels Cove as the name was changed to Sailfish Cove just a little over a year ago. Just a little under a mile to the south of the Jensen Beach Causeway on the shores of the Intracoastal Waterway (also known as the Indian River).
Sailfish (Rigels) Cove was first developed in 1993 and only 11 homes make up this small subdivision with all homes having ocean access waterfront docks. Home sizes range from just under 3,000 sq. ft. of living area up to almost 5,000 sq. ft. HOA fees are approximately $326 a month as of December 2017. These fees include lawn and landscaping, maintenance of the common areas and the gate.
