For the Jensen Beach, Florida condo market, June was a disappointing month with one of the few sectors in the Treasure Coast of Florida real estate market with an increase in inventory.  It is, however, getting into the off-season for condos in our market and this is more true for those condos on Hutchinson Island, where sales and activity are very seasonally dependent.
