There are currently no townhomes for sale in the Island Village community of Hutchinson Island.

At this time, there are also no properties under contract.

10 townhomes have sold in the past 12 months.  Sales price ranged from $127,000 to $180,000 with the average sales price of $145,600 which works out to $112.91 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes were on the market for an average of 73 days prior to going under contract and sold at an average of 95% of list price.

About Island Village on Hutchinson Island FL:

Island Village in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island is a townhouse community that was developed between 1981 and 1983.  Located on a huge preserve area on the west side of Highway A-1-A  with deeded ocean access just across the street. Island Village was created in two different phases, with phase I offering 28 quad style townhouses that offer 2 bedrooms, 2 and ½ baths and 1,328 sq. ft. of living area.  While phase II consists of 96 units of 1,270 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 1 and ½ baths, in buildings with various sized units.

As of September 2017, the HOA fees (which include insurance as in condo communities) are $360 per month for phase I (quad style) and $330 per month for phase II (row style).  These fees include Cable, Fire/Liability Insur, Grounds / Plants, Maintenance Exterior, Maintenance Interior, Manager, Recreational Facility, Reserve Funds, Roof Maintenance, Sewer, Trash Removal and Water.

This community is pet-friendly and allows up to two small pets per unit.  Rentals are also permitted with a minimum duration restriction.

Amenities include a heated pool, two tennis courts, and common areas as well as a deeded beach access area.
