June showed excellent activity with 6 closed sales and a further decrease in inventory to only 30 available units. pending sales were down slightly. I don’t expect to see any great movement in this segment of the Treasure Coast Florida condo market with such a small inventory.
Last June’s numbers were 41 active listings, 10 pending sales and 1 closed sales. With the exception of pending sales, much better numbers this year as compared to last.
