While these are two level townhomes with 2 car garages the complex is deeded as condos, meaning the exterior maintenance, common areas, insurance are all included in the association fees. With these homes come newer construction and all the latest codes are in compliance with most homes having hurricane impact glass making hurricane shutters, not a requirement. As of this writing (June 2019), these fees were $374 per month. These fees cover Common Areas, Insurance-Bldg, Lawn Care, Maintenance Exterior, Manager, Recreational Facilities, Reserve Funds, Water, and Sewer.
