Tesoro Real Estate Market Report March 2025
For March 2025, 38 homes are available to purchase in the Tesoro community of Port St Lucie FL. This is in large part due to new construction within the community. The list prices of active listings range from $419,900 up to $3,185,000. This is an average list price of $1,191,490 or $376.91 per sq. ft. of living area.
Fifteen Tesoro homes are currently under contract. The list prices are between $441,673 and $1,999,990, which is an average of $266.88 per sq. ft. of living space. These homes were on the market an average of 60 days before going under contract.
In the past 12 months, there have been 34 Tesoro home sales. Sales prices ranged from a low of $399,900 up to $2,400,000. This works out to an average sales price of $792,661 which equals $285.17 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes sold at an average of 96% of the list price. And, they were on the market for an average of 65 days before going under contract.

Golf Club membership is not mandatory in certain sections of Tesoro so HOA fees vary considerably from area to area. For non-membership lots, it starts around $580 a month and includes lawn, landscaping, 24-hour monitored security, basic cable TV, management, and exterior pest control.
Tesoro Update: As of early summer 2019 the owner of the Tesoro Golf Club has shut down the golf course and the clubhouse. Talks are ongoing as of this writing as to whether the club and clubhouse will be sold and re-opened under new ownership
