Sunset Cove is a beautiful condo complex north of the Roosevelt Bridge in Stuart FL and just south of the North River Shores area of Stuart. This four-story elevator equipped condo building lies on the east side of the north fork of the Saint Lucie River with magnificent wide water views from all 32 condos.
This building was built in 1981 and has deep water dockage with easy ocean access as well as a pool, Jacuzzi and clubhouse. Residents enjoy reserved covered parking spaces as well as ample guest parking. Great location with just a short hop across the bridge to enjoy all the amenities of historic downtown Stuart. Also, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the Treasure Coast Mall.
These are spacious 2 bedroom condos with either 1,570 sq. ft. or 1,690 sq. ft. of living space along with wide open balconies to enjoy (as the name implies) scenic sunsets over the wide river.
Sunset Cove has no age restrictions and also welcomes up to 1 small pet. Rentals are also permitted with some restrictions.
