There are currently 162 active listings (Increased by 10 homes from February).
47 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Increased by 7 homes from February).
15 Homes Sold in March (Increased by 9 homes from February).
2014 has started out as a bit of a see saw ride for the 34996 zip code area of the Stuart Florida residential real estate market, After a strong January, then a very weak February, March saw some gains coming back into the market. All indexes measured moved up this past month.
