There are currently 128 active listings (Decreased by 11 homes from November). 
25 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Decreased by 4 homes from November).
16 Homes Sold in December (Increased by 7 homes from November).
For the 34996 zip code area of the Stuart Florida residential real estate market, a strong finish for closed sales in December. After an increase in inventory in November, another decrease this month along with a decrease in pending home sales as well.
The one month absorption rate for the 34996 zip code area of Stuart Florida for December dropped to 8 months as compared to November’s 15.4 months.
