There are currently 313 active listings (Increased by 15 home from June).
127 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Down by 22 homes from June).
82 Homes Sold in July (Decreased by 15 homes from June)
The Stuart Florida Residential Market for ZIP Code 34997 remains as one of the most active segments of the Martin County residential real estate market. For July 2019, the inventory is up but both sales and pending sales decreased from last month.
