24 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close (Up by 1 home from May).
12 Homes Sold in June (Down by 15 homes from May).
The 34996 zip code area of the Stuart Florida had considerably weaker sales activity for the month. Inventory has decreased a little but sales are not keeping pace.
