The Stuart FL 34996 Condo Market is bucking the trend for the off season with increased activity for October. Nice to see even a small increase in inventory as this segment of the Stuart condo market remain red hot.
The current absorption rate for the Stuart Florida condos in ZIP Code 34996 plunged to 3.0 months from September’s 2.6 months. Continuing as a very strong sellers market. A balanced market is considered to occur when the absorption rate is from 6 to 7 months.
The numbers for October 2014 were: 152 active listings, 50 pending sales and 15 closed sales. We have a long way to go to get inventory levels close to what they were last year. Though even with the reduced inventory, market activity remains very strong.
