For September 2025, the Mariner Village real estate market report shows ten homes for sale in this south Stuart FL gated community. The list prices range from $280,000 up to $535,000. This is an average list price of $421,980 or $237.15 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is one Mariner Village home under contract at this time. The list price is $595,000, which is an average of $308.77 per sq. ft. of living space. This home was on the market for 79 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 11 Mariner Village homes have sold.  Sales prices ranged from a low of $250,000 to a high of $525,000.  This works out to an average sales price of $396,636 which equals $243.25 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes sold for an average of 94% of the last list price. Mariner Village is a gated community in the very southern section of Stuart FL, adjacent to the Hobe Sound area of Martin County.  This community consists of 330 homes that were built between 1992 and 2000.  Home sizes range from 2-bedroom, 2-bath homes with around 1,600 sq. ft. of living area up to 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom homes with just under 3,000 sq. ft. of living area.
