May 2025 Market Report for Island Dunes Condos on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, FL

Twenty-seven condos are currently on the market in all the Island Dunes condo buildings. The list prices range from $414,000 up to $1,450,000. This is an average list price of $837,844 which is $511.95 per square foot of living area.

Three Island Dunes condos are under contract at this time. The list prices were $439,000 and $1,025,000. This equals an average list price of $664,667 which equals $433.18 per square foot of living space. These condos were on the market for an average of 518 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 21 Island Dunes condos have sold. The sales prices ranged from $321,000 up to $1,800,000.  This works out to an average sales price of $836,738 or $498.09 per square foot of living area.  These sales averaged 94% of the final list price. And, they averaged 66 days on the market before going under contract.
