There are currently 78 active condo listings (Down by 14 condos last month).

53 Condo sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Increased by 11 condos from July).

20 Condos Sold in August (Increased by 4 condos from July) 

The Stuart FL 34996 Condo Market is bucking the trend for the off season with increased activity for August.  Both closed and pending sales increased while the level of inventory decreases to very low numbers.  This level of activity will be unsustainable if the inventory doesn’t rise soon.  This is good news for sellers as the prices continue to rise and demand seems to be strong.
