Oceanrise Condo Real Estate Market Report for August 2017

For August 2017 there are no condos available for sale in the Oceanrise Condominiums on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL.

There are also no condos currently under contract (pending sales).

In the past 12 months, 7 condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $175,000 up to $222,500 for an average sales price of $205,143 which works out to $200.95 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 75 days on market before going under contract and sold for an average 96% of list price.

About the Oceanrise Condos in Jensen Beach:

Located just north of Waveland Beach in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island, Oceanrise is a 7 story building that was opened for sale in 1979.  All the residences in Oceanrise are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with one exception for a corner penthouse double unit which has 2042 sq. ft. of in the unit living area.  The other 68 homes have either 1,086 or 1,021 sq. ft. of living area and additional balcony space.

The current Condo fees as of June 2017 were $450 per month.  Sorry, no pets are allowed in Oceanrise, but rentals are permitted with a 3-month minimum stay restriction.

Residents can enjoy the heated pool and their own private access to the beach.  There are also shuffleboard courts as well as a clubhouse and BBQ grill area.
