About North River Shores in Stuart FL:
The area north of the Roosevelt Bridge to Britt Road and west of US 1 is sometimes loosely referred to as “North River Shores.” However, North River Shores and its companion neighborhoods of Cocoanut Point and North River Forest are distinct subdivisions as recorded in Martin County records.
Members of these communities enjoy the benefits of designated park areas as well as the use of the boat ramp at Nosaw Park which accesses the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. There are also some accompanying deed restrictions that enhance and protect the aesthetic nature of this beautiful community.
