Living areas range from 1,506 sq. ft. to 1,683 sq. ft. for the 2 bedroom condos and 1,722 sq. ft. for the 3 bedroom condos. This complex opened in 1985 and the last section was completed in 1989.
This community offers ample green spaces along with 2 tennis courts, 2 pools, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse. This is a 55 and over age-restricted community. There is one covered parking space (carport) for each home and extra uncovered spaces for guests and residents. One small pet (under 15 lbs.) is permitted.
