“Florida Realtors® report that Martin County single family home sales showed double-digit appreciation in both median and average sale prices for the month of October. The average sale price of $434,249 is up 12.3% compared to October 2014, while the median is up 15.6%, reaching $314,500. Closed sales outpaced last year, too, and our inventory diminished to 1,162 homes, a 7.3% decrease from last year. For the sixth consecutive month, Martin County’s supply of inventory remained below 5 months and is down 18.4% compared to last year.
