The list prices range from a low of $129,000 to a high of $769,000. This is an average list price of $406,165 which works out to $162.62 per sq. ft. of living area.
There are 7 homes under contract (pending) which have not completed the sales process to date. The list prices ranged from $149,000 up to $899,000. This works out to an average list price of $429,543 or $151.28 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes averaged 170 days on market prior to going under contract.
