The Hobe Sound condo market (Zip Code 33455) is the smallest segment of the Martin County real estate market. Inventory is growing, but unfortunately, sales activity was weak for this month. Some of this decreased activity may have been caused by Hurricane Irma which shut down real estate for a little over a week last month
