There are 2 Preserve homes currently under contract. The list prices were $519,000 and $525,000. This is an average list price of $522,000 or $258.80 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes were on the market for an average of 81 days before going under contract.

About The Preserve of Hobe Sound:
The Preserve of Hobe Sound is a DiVosta-built community that was completed in 1989 with just over 300 Hampton model homes which feature 2,017 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a two-car garage. The garages come in both front and side entrance varieties.
This community is just west of Federal Highway (Us-1) on Seabranch Avenue and lies adjacent to the Lost Lake Golf Club which has memberships available for those wishing to play golf as well as social memberships for others who enjoy the company of like-minded residents.
