The Preserve of Hobe Sound is a DiVosta built community that was completed in 1989 with just over 300 Hampton model homes which feature 2,017 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a two-car garage. The garages come in both front and side entrance varieties.
This community is just west of Federal Highway (Us-1) on Seabranch Avenue and lies adjacent to the Lost Lake Golf Club which has memberships available for those wishing to play golf as well as social memberships for others who enjoy the company of like-minded local residents.
