As of November 2017 there are 16 homes for sale in the Medalist in Hobe Sound FL.  This includes a selection of both new and pre-owned homes.  List prices range from $585,000 up to $1,849,000 for an average list price of $1,240,658 which works out to $335.11 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no homes currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, 3 homes have sold in the Medalist.  Sales prices ranged from $650,000 up to $1,350,000 for an average sales price of $1,050,000 which equals $273.74 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes sold for an average of 92% of the final list price and went under contract in an average of 185 days.
