The Estates at Stuart is a newer condo community with 123 units that was originally built as an apartment complex and then converted to condos beginning in 2005. After the slowdown in the real estate market, a large number of these units were taken back by the developer and continue to be in the in-house rental program. Currently, with only a very limited number of these condos available for private ownership, there is quite the demand for this community. This demand is based on the first-class amenities in this gated community

This is a gated community and only minutes from the historic downtown area of Stuart. Importantly for some, it is only about 10 minutes to I-95 for those needing to commute either north or south.
This community is within easy reach of shopping, restaurants and medical facilities all of which makes for a very much sought-after community.
Condos in the Estates at Stuart range from 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units up to 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Living area sizes vary from just under 800 sq. ft. to over 1,500 sq. ft. Additionally, some units come with either attached or detached 1 car garages. This is a dog- and cat-friendly community allowing for up to one medium-sized pet. The condo association fees vary by size of the unit and whether a garage is included or not.
