The Charter Club is a gated community of 203 homes on the south side of Martin Downs Blvd. Developed in 1988 with the last home completed in 1995. Very well located in the heart of Palm City and just a short distance to shopping, the Turnpike, numerous golf courses, and rivers and only about 15 minutes to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean or 10 minutes to historic downtown Stuart, FL.
Home sizes range from 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 story homes with over 2,500 sq. ft. of living area down to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms homes with just over 1,200 sq. ft. All of the Charter Club homes have garages and most are two-car, though a few of the smaller homes only have one car garages.
Recent Charter Club sales:
There are a community pool and hot tub for residents as well as tennis courts. There’s also a nice large pond (or small lake) which many homes have nice private water views.
