150 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Down by 24 homes from April).
100 Homes Sold in May (Decreased by 14 homes from April)
The Stuart Florida Residential Market for ZIP Code 34997 had a decrease in both pending and closed sales numbers from last month. But, remains an extremely strong segment of the Stuart Florida residential real estate market.
