      The Stuart FL condo market for zip code 34997 remains quite active and is one of the strongest performers in the Stuart condo market.  Sales and pending sales both rose this month while the inventory declined.

     The absorption rate dropped to 3.6 months in September compared to 6.9 months for August.  Transitioning back into a seller’s market for condos in the 34997 zip code of Stuart FL.  A 6 to 7-month absorption rate is typically considered to be a balanced market that favors neither the buyer nor the seller.
 The September 2018 numbers were: 42 active listings, 16 pending sales, and 16 closed sales.  Stronersales volume last year, though this is still a very hot segment of the Stuart condo market.
