There are currently 75 active condo listings (Down by 3 condos from February).
38 Condo sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (No change in condos from February).
21 Condos Sold in March (Increased by 12 condos from February).
The Stuart FL condo market for zip code 34997 for march showed improved activity in closed sales and maintained a healthy number of pending sales as well. Unfortunately the inventory took a small drop.
The one month absorption rate jumped to 3.6 months from 8.7 months for February. Back into a sellers market after last months weaker buyers market. A 6 to 7 month absorption rate is typically considered to be a balanced market that favors neither the buyer nor the seller.
The March 2015 numbers were: 43 active listings, 31 pending sales and 15 closed sales. One of the few segments of the Martin County real estate market with a higher inventory this year as compared to last. And, because of this, there’s better activity as well.
