25 Condo sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Increased by 8 condos from January).
13 Condos Sold in February (Increased by 2 condos from January).
The Stuart FL condo market for zip code 34997 continues to show very strong activity while inventory levels remain at uncomfortably low levels. For February 2015, both closed and pending sales saw increase.
The one month absorption rate dropped again to 3.4 months after last months amazing 4 month rate. Continuing as an extreme seller’s market. A 6 to 7 month absorption rate is typically considered to be a balanced market that favors neither the buyer nor the seller.
