31 Condos Sold in May (Down by 14 condos from April) 

The Stuart FL 34996 Condo Market of Stuart returned to a bit more sustainable activity levels for May after an exceptionally strong April.  This condo market remains very active and healthy.

The current absorption rate for the Stuart Florida condos in ZIP Code 34996 dropped to 4.2 months from April’s 2.8 months.
