37 Condo sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Up by 12 condos from July).

16 Condos Sold in August (Down by 10 condos from July) 

The Stuart FL 34996 Condo Market of Stuart weakened somewhat for August.  Sales were down significantly.  There was an increase in pending sales which will hopefully mean an increase in closed sales in the near future.
