The Port Sewall area of Stuart FL lies just to the south of Sandsprit Park off of Saint Lucie Blvd. This area comprises of some gorgeous multimillion-dollar waterfront properties that are tantalizingly close to the ocean via the Saint Lucie Inlet. There are also some non-waterfront areas as well as two HOA communities with many varying styles and sizes of homes. For those areas of Port Sewall within the HOA boundaries, the fees (as of July 2020) are $105.00 a month and include trash service, maintenance of the common areas and recreational facilities and reserve funds.
Port Sewall Place off of Saint Lucie Blvd and Port Sewall Harbor and Tennis Club off of Jefferson St. Though be advised that both communities are most often referred to as just Port Sewall.
This area is well located east of US-1 and close to boating, beaches, shopping and medical facilities. There’s some great tradition and history in one of the first developed areas of Stuart FL.
