There are two lakes on the grounds as well as a community swimming pool, tennis courts, and a bocce court. Two small pets are permitted. No trucks or motorcycles are allowed.

In conclusion, this is a wonderful community welcoming all ages and one of the most affordable options for those wishing to live in Palm City. Especially desirable for young families who wish to take advantage of Palm City’s ‘A’ rated schools.
