Entrance is through the gates at Matheson Ave on the south side of Martin Downs Blvd, just south of the Monarch Golf Club. Very well located close to Florida’s Turnpike as well as shopping and just a short ride to downtown Stuart and the waterways as well as golf courses that Martin County offers.
Pine Ridge was built from 1986 through 1995 and consists of both condos as well as villas. There are numerous floor plans ranging from 3 bedroom, 2 bath units with 1486 sq. ft. of living area to 2 bedroom, 2 bath of 1111 sq. ft. down to 830 sq. ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos.
