There are currently 13 homes actively listed in Palm Cove Yacht and Golf Cub for August 2014 in Palm City, Florida. List prices range from a low of $319,000 to the highest which is a waterfront home for $2,375,000. The average list price is $734,661 at $184.55 per square foot of living area. This group includes one short sale. There are no bank owned foreclosures
There are two homes under contract awaiting closing. The list prices are $339,900 and $369,900 which equates to $166.04 per square foot of living area. Neither of these homes is a distressed property.

Homes range from 1500 sq. ft. townhomes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car garages all the way up to 6,000 sq. ft. plus waterfront residences with 5 bedrooms, office, 6 and ½ bathrooms and 3 car garages. Homeowner (HOA) fees vary from section to section. The estate homes run approximately $450 per month, while in the fairways section they are around $550 per month, but include landscaping.
