There are 130 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos with porches. Most condos have excellent water views with the end buildings having beautiful wide river views of the Saint Lucie River.

There are three pools and a clubhouse in Windjammer. The condo fees include Cable, Common Areas, Common R.E.
