About Mystic Cove in Hobe Sound:
Mystic Cove in Hobe Sound is a gated community of only 35 lots. As of this writing, there are still 2 vacant lots which have yet to be built upon. This is a waterfront community on the Intracoastal Waterways and just on the east side of Gomez Ave about a half mile north of Bridge Road (which accesses Jupiter Island and the shores of the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Mystic Cove has 16 deeded docks to owners within the community that are accessible via a boardwalk through the mango preserve area. These docks may have lifts with electricity and water available. Access to the Ocean is either through the Saint Lucie Inlet in Stuart or the Jupiter Inlet in Jupiter.
The homes in Mystic Cove were built from 1989 to 2008 and range in size from just under 2,000 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to over 3,500 sq. ft. and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All of these lots are over one-quarter of an acre with the largest lots just over one-third of an acre.
HOA fees as of June 2018 are $117.00 a month for homes without docks and $166.00 for homes with docks.
Children in Mystic Cove are zoned to attend the Hobe Sound Elementary School, Murray Middle School and the South Fork High School.
