The condo market for zip code 34996 in Stuart saw a marked decrease in closed units for August.  This is expected as the condo market tends to be more seasonal and typically slows down until the beginning of the Florida vacation season, which is usually around and after the holidays.  The good news is that the inventory has continued to decline, which makes the selection of condos more restricted and typically influences increased demand.  As long as we don’t have a flood of seasonal listings come on the market this fall, this should bode well for sales this coming season (assuming we don’t have continued terrible economic news as well).
