The condo market for zip code 34994 in Stuart showed positive results for the month of August.  This is unexpected as the condo market tends to be more seasonal and typically slows down until the beginning of the Florida vacation season, which is usually around and after the holidays.  As long as we don’t have a flood of seasonal listings come on the market this fall, this should bode well for sales this coming season (assuming we don’t have continued terrible economic news as well).
