Mariner Village is a gated community in the very southern section of Stuart FL, adjacent to the Hobe Sound area of Martin County. This community consists of 330 homes that were built between 1992 and 2000. Home sizes range from 2 bedrooms, 2 bath homes with around 1,600 sq. ft. of living area up to 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom homes with just under 3,000 sq. ft. of living area.
Many homes have private preserve views and there are a number of homes with lake views. All Mariner Village homes have 2 car garages and some have private in-ground swimming pools.
Community amenities include a heated pool, 2 tennis courts, and 2 basketball courts as well as a nature trail through the preserves.
Low monthly HOA fees include front lawn maintenance, basic Cable TV, trash pickup and maintenance of all the common areas. 2 large pets are permitted as well as rentals with some restrictions.
Mariner Village is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, medical facilities and belong to Martin County’s ‘A’ rated school system
