This community consists of 330 homes that were built between 1992 and 2000. We could use market updates on townhouses on Mariner Garden Circle. Hugely undervalued based on sales of similarly sized townhomes with attached garages in comparably located communities. Mariner Garden Circle has superior floorplans, soaring ten foot ceilings, and certainly far superior views, (wooded, private) especially when compared to the $300,000+ townhomes on Central Parkway, and the ones adjacent to Walmart Super Center which overlook the loading dock.
