116 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close  (Up by 40 homes from January)

27 Homes Sold in February (Down by 8 homes from last month)

The Hobe Sound Florida Market Report ZIP Code 33455 section of Martin County had a very strong pending sales gain as compared to last month (and previous months), while after two months of increasing inventory. this month saw a decline.  Closed sales were off for the month, but with the pending numbers so good, I expect to see increases for the next few months.
