The first home recorded in Hidden Bay was built in 1978 with the last one completed in 2013. It appears that no more vacant lots are available in Hidden Bay. There are 11 ocean-access waterfront homes as well as 5 non-ocean access waterfront homes with the remaining homes not being waterfront in Hidden Bay.
