Eventide is a small subdivision of only 16 home sites in North Stuart and on the shores of the North Fork of the Saint Lucie River. 7 of these homes are on wide waterfront with ocean access docks, while the remaining 9 homes are located around a small lake in the center of this community.
All of the homes sites are generously sized with at least ½ acre of land. The first home was built in 1991 and the last one was completed in 2012. Home sizes range from a 2,300 sq. ft. (living space) home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms up to an over 6,600 sq. ft. home with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with a 3 car garage.
There are no amenities for the HOA in Eventide, so the reasonable HOA fees of $100.00 a month cover the gate and the common area maintenance and insurance as of May 2020.
All ages along with pets and no rental restrictions make for no hassles for those wanting to enjoy the Eventide community.
Children attend Martin County schools, currently zoned for Felix Williams Elementary, Stuart Middle and Jensen Beach High Schools.
Also, close to restaurants, shopping (including the Treasure Coast Mall), medical facilities and just 15 minutes from the crystal clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean on Martin County beaches.
